- Mr. Pravin Patil has a proven experience of 20 years in various leadership and management roles across different industries like Land Acquisition, Warehousing, and Real Estate.
- He is a qualified MBA professional with a post-graduate degree in Finance as a specialisation. His experience in Property Management Positions, and Real Estate Management, for almost two decades, motivated him to lay the foundation of Mukta Group of Companies, a Real Estate firm.
- As a member of CREDAI-MCHI and the Chief Promoter of Mukta Developers, Pravin Patil has been successfully shouldering the responsibility for the overall direction, and growth of the company.
- He won the Times Realty Icon Award in 2019, for his contribution to the field of the Real Estate sector, and has been revered for actively contributing to social welfare programs in the health care sector.
- His proficiency lies in real estate management, contract negotiation, business strategy & planning, and accounting & finance management, with an unwavering ability to build enduring relationships.

- Rakesh Rathi (RR) is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI. He has over 20 Years of experience across various leadership and business roles in Retail, Manufacturing and Infrastructure sector and has been successful in setting up new businesses from scratch.
- RR is passionate about technology & innovation and is known to catch market trends early. Before setting up Parthiv Group, RR has been the CFO of SMAAASH and EsselWorld along with his remarkable journey, he has been an active Philanthropist, who has garnered his support to Social Projects on Girl Child Education & Swachh Bharat Abhiyan with focus on Tribal Areas.
- He has won Times Power Men Award 2019 for his contribution in the field of Finance and Insurance sector. Also he has facilitated by social organization for valuable contribution towards social activities.
- RR likes to travel, playing cricket and adventure.
